Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions, is seeking an Account Manager in Rochester, NY to resolve client payroll and HR system challenges while cultivating exceptional relationships through technical expertise. You will use available resources to prioritize issues and deliver outstanding service as the primary contact within a dedicated client support team.

Location: Rochester, NY. Compensation starts at $26.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written communication for business correspondence.
• Strong team player with attention to detail.
• Self-starter able to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities
