Job summary

Talbots in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time sales associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with shoppers. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them select outfits that fit their lifestyle and budget.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and comfort with POS/iPad systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.

• Represent Talbots brand professionally in-store and in the community.
• Occasionally lead or supervise others and open/close the store.
