Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using POS/iPad and store tech to assist customers.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics through Clientelling, Outreach and store programs.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence to tailor solutions.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe customers effectively.
• Participate in community/store events to promote the Talbots brand.
• Lead or supervise others occasionally and assist with opening/closing the store.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
