You will specialize in Affordable Housing, assist with loan origination and ongoing portfolio management, and coordinate with Bankers, Analysts, and Loan Committees to ensure compliance and profitability.
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Portfolio Manager to join our Lending team. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager Team Lead, the Portfolio Manager partners with banking teams to manage, maintain, and further develop loan and deposit relationships of clients while balancing appropriate risk and reward to the bank. This individual will have a specialized focus in Affordable Housing.

The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $94,500- $114,350. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
