Overview
This position is responsible for service delivery and proactive monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clients and accounts in Real Estate and/or Vehicle lead Real Estate programs. The role includes daily monitoring of program deliverables, account tracking, notice production, file exchanges, insurance premium and refunds, escrow administration, and forced place insurance activity. The role requires professionalism and strong client-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Monitoring of Client Performance (30%) – Review, monitor, and analyze data to provide proactive services and meet client goals and KPIs. Tasks include tracking and notice activity, cycle activity, notice caps, billing files and file exchanges, premiums, billings, and refunds. Monitor compliance and regulatory performance (notice timings, certificate of insurance and funding, flood and escrow tracking/payments, state- and client-specific tracking, client and borrower complaints). Apply risk-management knowledge to program monitoring and performance. May monitor the first 90 days of production for accounts exiting onboarding and address opportunities with newly onboarded clients.
- Performance Opportunity Management (25%) – Act as SME for accounts in identification, escalation, monitoring, and resolution of risk-management tracking and escrow service issues and opportunities. Tasks include handling client escalations, submitting CLEAR tickets, assisting field reps with remediation plans, and adding actions to blueprints for monitoring. Escalate issues not meeting SLAs to management, ensuring timely resolution.
- Client Retention Activities – Service Touchpoints (25%) – Support Account Executives by attending meetings, developing blueprint materials, updating INFOR CRM, and leading ongoing client experience meetings (monthly/weekly/bi-weekly) focusing on retention and engagement. Attend client presentations, create and update monthly client scorecards, and conduct field alignment meetings.
- Onboarding of New Clients (25%) – Perform training and support tasks including CenterPoint SmartSheet, My Insurance Info, billing reviews, premium reviews, refund reviews, and reporting. Manage SFTP file exchanges, weekly/biweekly cycle reports, and tracking reports. Own tasks during onboarding or changes to existing clients. Create and monitor notice release strategy, calendar cycles for delivery, enable continuous processing after 12 cycles, and update purge and backdate standards. Coordinate with field reps to schedule introductory calls with escrow teams.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and 2-3 years of directly related experience, or high school diploma and 4-5 years of directly related experience required.
- Minimum commitment of 12 months in the role before posting within Allied Solutions.
