About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Specialist to join our growing team and help create positive, lasting experiences for our clients. This role is a great fit for someone who is outgoing, organized, people-focused, and enjoys building relationships.

As a Client Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients, learn their needs, provide ongoing support, and help ensure they have a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to keep communication clear and client needs on track.

Whether you already have customer-facing experience or you’re looking to start a career in client relations, account management, or business, we provide the training and support to help you grow.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Serve as a point of contact for questions, updates, and ongoing needs
  • Communicate with clients through regular check‑ins and follow‑up
  • Learn each client’s needs and help provide the right solutions
  • Assist with new client onboarding and account support
  • Track client interactions, updates, and account activity
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are handled efficiently
  • Help resolve questions or concerns while creating a positive experience
  • Share relevant service and company updates with clients
