Insight Global is looking for an Accounting Client Specialist for a local Eatontown, NJ software company. This person would be responsible for helping NJ school districts with the implementation and troubleshooting of their payroll, accounting and personnel modules.

Day to day responsibilities of this role include:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Communicating with customers through a variety of support channels (email, telephone, live chat, etc.)
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Help Desk-log client support requests & resolutions

Required Skills and Experience

• Administrative/Accounting experience in the public education system of New Jersey.
• Experience using Systems 3000, Genesis, CSI, or frontline as an accounting system.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Eatontown, NJ.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience
