Job summary

The Gibbons Group is seeking self-motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely. You will engage with prospective clients, identify needs, and guide them to appropriate life insurance and financial protection options.

Training and ongoing support are provided along with access to leads and products from 25+ carriers. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• License not required to start; ability to pursue licensing after joining.

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
• Learn about clients' needs, goals, and financial priorities
• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
• Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Assist clients through the application process
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.

There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000-$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
