JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Business development: Develop and grow your client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions, leveraging your proven Technology and/or recruiting background. Market to Technology via phone, video, and in-person meetings with decision makers. Participate in local events to enhance Robert Half’s presence in the community.
  2. Placement activities: Select suitable candidates for client job orders, maintain contact with clients and placed professionals, and resolve customer service issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  3. Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Technology degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of Technology-related experience preferred.
  • Strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Combination of business development and account management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and persevere in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success record, competitive, self-motivated.
