• End-to-end case management of inbound opportunities from lead stage through final contracting, working directly with policyholders.
• Generating quotes for policyholders by developing an understanding of the key financial dynamics and closing mechanics of each case.
• Managing case-level applications and contracts, including reviewing returned contracts for content and completeness.
• Performing qualitative due diligence on live opportunities, assessing potential risk factors on individual cases and becoming familiar with the applicable laws and regulations.
• Managing your own pipeline in the internal CRM, including outbound follow-up on open and dormant cases.
• Working within firm-level service level agreements and flagging early where a case is at risk of falling outside them.
• Recommending and implementing tactical improvements to existing process as the case volume grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services, insurance, or a comparable customer-facing commercial environment.
• Comfort with financial concepts, and the ability to explain a financial outcome in plain language to a policyholder.
• Strong written communication, both for internal proposals and decision-making and for external counterparties.
• Tenacity and follow-through on a case load that requires consistent outbound contact.
