Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, clinical operations, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of provider workflows, hospital operations, and patient flow.
• Demonstrated experience in workflow mapping and design.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and standard healthcare data protocols (HL7, FHIR).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead client-facing sessions.
• Organized, analytical, and able to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for solving complex operational problems with elegant, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state workflows and define future-state goals in collaboration with client teams.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout design process.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Andor’s platform, including taxonomy configuration, routing logic, video endpoints, and notification frameworks.
• Document solution designs, including workflow diagrams, configuration specs, and implementation notes for internal teams.
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Support technical planning for integrations (APIs, HL7, FHIR, SFTP) and ensure solution readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams for smooth deployment and scalability.
• Contribute to internal solution frameworks, templates, and repeatable playbooks for future implementations.
• Serve as a platform SME to meet client goals using Andor’s capabilities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Architecture team.
