Job summary

Addepar, a global data and AI platform, seeks a Client Solutions Analyst to design and implement onboarding for new clients and ensure solution compatibility within the Addepar ecosystem. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnership teams to deliver value and client success.

You will work on the Client Support team, gaining in-depth product knowledge and becoming an Addepar platform expert while supporting clients and learning through rotating roles within the Services organization.

Qualifications

Strong desire to provide outstanding client experience in investment management or software deployments.
Self-reliant with ability to collaborate across teams.
Deep understanding of target markets and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to identify, respond to, and resolve issues for Addepar's clients.
Work with complex data sets to identify data and calculation discrepancies.
Collaborate with R&D, Product and Account Management to ensure client satisfaction.
Help clients use Addepar to the greatest extent through instruction.
In future rotations, design solutions and manage project implementations.
Communicate project health and status to internal and external senior leadership.
