Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a banking professional to connect clients with a breadth of solutions to help meet their financial goals. You will balance service requests with sales opportunities and provide subject matter expertise on financial solutions.

Key duties include building relationships, handling inquiries, and recommending products such as accounts, CDs, IRAs and loans. You will also quote terms and manage risk while delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and services.
• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions and guidance.
• Sell and fulfill banking products including accounts, cards, CDs, IRAs and loans.
• Identify needs for licensed sales and refer to Line of Business partners.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk across business, product and service transactions.
