Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends/holidays and in a call center setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by identifying financial needs.
• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions.
• Sell and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to partners.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk across transactions using available tools.
