Position Overview: To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. As a Client Solutions Architect (CSA), you will work with enterprise clients in the Central Region, responsible for initiating, solutioning, and delivering IT solutions with expertise in Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Digital Workplace solutions.

What You’ll Do as a Client Solutions Architect:
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to help clients navigate their digital transformation by understanding their business, IT architecture, and initiatives, developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include: providing insights on Data Center, Networking, and Security products; identifying opportunities in Digital Workplace, Cloud & Data Center, NextGen Networking, and Cybersecurity; managing revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction; and achieving operational/margin targets.
  • Travel to meet clients and partners at short notice, approximately 50%, with flexibility for short-term travel constraints.
  • Attend sales enablement sessions, contribute insights, and evangelize new technologies and trends.
  • Identify sales opportunities, manage pipelines, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with solutioning experts for discovery and proposal development.
  • Develop pricing, create technical documents, and establish relationships with OEM and delivery partners.
  • Prepare design documents and presentations, conduct solution sessions, and develop joint go-to-market plans with OEMs.
  • Work with delivery partners to ensure competitive pricing and align with client CIO/CTO agendas.
  • Build and maintain technical relationships within accounts, perform short-term billable engagements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support other sales activities and regional practices, maintaining accurate pipeline and activity reports.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
  • Minimum 12 years of pre-sales experience in IT infrastructure services in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.
  • Understanding of industry, market, competitors, and partner capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Focused expertise in Networking, with the ability to lead opportunities in Digital Workplace, Cloud, Data Center, and Security.
  • Experience in strategy and technology consulting, applying technology to strategic business problems, and knowledge of cloud offerings.
