Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and operate emergency assistance and holiday services.
• Maintain client files and documentation for services and statistics.
• Provide clerical support and assist visitors in the office.
• Organize, train, and manage volunteers for the Columbia Corps.
• Assist with applications for rental and utility assistance when funds are available.
• Provide on-site and remote community referrals to clients seeking aid.
• Support the Christmas Angel Tree program with applications, distributions, and donor communications.
• Maintain compliance with Salvation Army policies and standards.
