Job summary

Pace, a leader in environmental testing since 1978, is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department of our laboratory. In this role, you will coordinate and perform sample-related activities, receive and process samples, and help maintain accurate records.

No prior laboratory experience required; we will train you. High school diploma required. You will work in a full-time, Monday-Saturday schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, and databases to ensure accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.
