Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Huntersville, NC is hiring a Client Services Technician to join our environmental testing laboratory. You will receive samples, unpack coolers, verify documents, and log items into our system, contributing to accurate data for our clients and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with a preference for candidates with shipping/warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
