Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences, LLC is seeking a Client Service Technician to join our environmental testing laboratory team in the United States. The role focuses on sample receiving, handling, and processing with training provided to build a solid laboratory career.

You will work in a structured lab environment, performing duties that ensure accurate sample handling, documentation, and compliance while wearing PPE and supporting the broader lab operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred.
• Ability to wear PPE and lift up to 20–30 lbs.

• Maintain and update documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on lab support policies, programs, and practices.

Shift: 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM. Monday - Friday Compensation: $15.00 per hour

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping and receiving, processing and administration
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, walk throughout the campus, work around strong smells, and wear personal protective equipment while handling samples (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace®)
• Ability to lift weights up to about 20-30 lbs
