Job summary

Wilde Wealth Management Group in Paradise Valley/Scottsdale is seeking a Client Service Team Lead to supervise and develop a team of Advisor Support Associates, ensuring exceptional service to advisors and clients.

You will guide daily workload, coaching, and performance reviews while maintaining high service standards and process improvements within a full-time role based in Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a wealth management, advisory, or brokerage environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or team lead experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Strong understanding of wealth management operations and client service best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage an assigned team of Advisor Support Associates (ASA).
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on coaching, development, accountability, and career growth.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching and timely feedback to team members.
• Complete performance evaluations and provide recommendations regarding promotions, opportunities, and corrective action.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
