Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to drive growth and engagement.
• Design training programs and career development plans.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Clinical Strategy, Implementation, Sales.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain performance metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely, accurate reviews.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for the team.
• Report progress to senior leadership and implement scalable processes.
