Job summary

The role oversees warehouse office staff, coordinates daily operations to support storage, shipping, and receiving, and serves as the primary liaison for customer relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP is expected; ISO documentation must be reviewed and maintained.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
Competence in general math and calculator use.
Quality training and understanding of Quality Policy and application to subordinate duties.
Food Grade Product Safety Awareness.
Corporate Quality Policy General Awareness.
On-the-Job Training completion.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate warehouse office staff, resources, and daily operations to support customers’ storage, blending, shipping, and receiving requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison for cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships.
Handle customer service duties, scheduling, and inventory management; review ISO documentation and support with customer complaints and corrective action requests.
Ensure CSRs are cross-trained on all customer accounts for backup coverage and manage billing-related accuracy with accounting.
Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities with Warehouse Operations and ensure up-to-date inventory records.
