Job description

Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to help support their NYC Flagship.

PAY IS DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering of inbound /outbound client inquiries : taking messages and distributing it accordingly to guidelines provided.
  • Tracking client data in the internal system.
  • Handle client inquiries or issues with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Handling of inbound / outbound shipments : receiving, unpacking, packing up boxes and creating shipping labels.
  • Assist with office errands, moving materials as needed.
  • Write, edit emails, documents, and reports with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience within corporate client services in the luxury space.
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 30lbs, comfortable using stairs and moving throughout the workspace.
  • Proficient with office software. Microsoft - excel, email and word, SAP preferred
  • Motivated and articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to deliver clear, professional, engaging communication across varies channels, ensuring a high standard of representation for our services.
  • Demonstrate efficiency in managing tasks and staying organized.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support or in hospitality related fields.
