Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, greet clients, prepare appointments, and support paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity, research and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure completeness and proper order.
• Verify accounts are traded into the correct model and assist with rollovers, funding, and transfers.
• Document key client achievements and relevant data in systems for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance; align with corporate policies and regulatory procedures.
• Support firm initiatives, assist with company-wide projects, attend functions as needed.
• Participate in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts to represent client service interests.
