Job summary

Jambalaya Group in the United States (Dayton, Tucson, Louisville) seeks an experienced Client Service Specialist to serve as a strategic operational partner to Financial Advisors. This full-time, onsite role emphasizes client service, workflow management, and accurate follow-through within a regulated financial environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of financial-services experience and licenses (Series 7/66, Life/Health) are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related financial-services, wealth-management, brokerage, banking, client-service, or advisor-support experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and maintain accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of advisor priorities, deadlines, client commitments, and outstanding service items; use regular advisor check-ins and proactive status communication to keep work moving.
• Coordinate advisor calendars, client meetings, internal commitments, planned absences, and cross-team coverage needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client calls, emails, and service requests; resolve questions within authority and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and process new-business applications, account maintenance, transfers, distributions, deposits, checks, and related documentation.
• Monitor submitted business and service requests through completion, maintain electronic client files, and communicate timely status updates to clients and advisors.
