Client Service Specialist

About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Service Specialist to support our bank and credit union clients nationwide. This full-time, remote role is ideal for a service-minded professional with experience in IRAs, HSAs, and beneficiary claims. You’ll deliver expert support via phone and chat, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance.

What You'll Do

  • Provide phone and chat support on IRAs, HSAs, and ESAs
  • Answer client questions related to contributions, distributions, rollovers, and transfers
  • Assist clients with platform navigation and transaction processing
  • Process beneficiary claims in line with compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Stay current with financial regulations and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Experience with IRAs, HSAs, ESAs, or similar financial products

Familiarity with handling beneficiary claims

Strong communication skills for both phone and chat

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
