Job summary

AHC Home Assistance seeks an experienced Client Service Coordinator to support our mission of extending care across physical, mental and spiritual healing. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, clear communication with clients and caregivers, and effective case coordination within a growing organization.

The position is part-time (Mon/Wed/Fri, 10:00am–5:00pm), 20 hours per week, with daily responsibilities including client intake, case management, and revenue-supporting activities.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 4 years office experience in health-related area.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to solve problems creatively and timely.
• Able to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Ambitious with dedication to goals.
• Accurate and timely task completion.
• Flexible as needed.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates good customer service skills in all interactions with clients, caregivers, office staff and management.
• Communicates effectively with clients and caregivers and other staff to insure appropriate and satisfactory transmission of information.
• Develops new business and sell cases.
• Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and manage financial aspects of case coordination.
• Turn telephone and visit inquiries into sold cases to meet budgeted hours and generate revenue.
• Coordinates Client Services to maintain cases and promote satisfaction.
