Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and active or obtainable licenses (Life & Health, SIE, FINRA 7/66; 63/65).

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Client Services Representativeto join our Investment Services team in Pasadena, CA! The Client Services Representative provides comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and the Program Manager for all investment and insurance related products improving office efficiencies, productivity, and client/member service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and prioritizes client prospect outreach; schedules appointments; provides telephone coverage; manages Financial Advisor calendars; and directs branch referrals to the appropriate Financial Advisor.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships by resolving service issues, responds to investment and insurance inquiries, and continuously looks for opportunities to promote products and services across the credit union.
• Processes client onboarding and account documentation through investment and insurance systems, verifying accuracy and completeness supporting the new-account process.
• Performs comprehensive client support which may include sorting and distributing mail, researching member data, updating beneficiaries, processing contributions and distributions, supporting clients with online access setup, prepping required minimum distributions, statement consolidations, and other related service requests.
• Manages core-system and CRM operational workflows, including researching member information for Financial Advisors while completing checks and balances to maintain accurate client data and support timely follow-up.
• Manages the client review process and prepares client reviews and meeting presentations by gathering and preparing performance information for investment and insurance products.
• Maintains accurate and complete compliant records ensuring FINRA, SEC, and organizational requirements are met.
• Actively participate and support organizational initiatives, cross-functional projects, and other assignments as needed to advance the Credit Union’s strategic priorities and operational objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed or required to obtain licensing: Life & Health, SIE, FINRA Series 7, 66, (63& 65)
• Previous investment services experience preferred.
