Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and active or obtainable licenses (Life & Health, SIE, FINRA 7/66; 63/65).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Licenses/certifications required to obtain: Life & Health, SIE, FINRA Series 7, 66, (63 & 65).
• Investment services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates client outreach and schedules appointments for Financial Advisors.
• Resolves service issues and promotes products across the credit union.
• Processes onboarding and account documentation for investment and insurance.
• Maintains compliant records per FINRA, SEC and internal policies.
• Supports advisors with client reviews and presentations.
