Job summary

HYFIN is seeking an on-site Client Services Representative to onboard new clients onto our payment platform and drive client success. You will learn product offerings, assist with configuration, and document and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will collaborate with development and sales teams to ensure product robustness and customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, setup, and training for multiple clients in a fast-growth environment.

Hyfin is looking to add a Client Services Representative as we are experiencing high growth. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mind-set, enjoy helping clients, know how to build lasting relationships, and be able to handle multiple client accounts while continuing to grow the business.

As a Client Services Representative, you will help the team onboard new clients on to our payment platform(s) and ensure their success with the product. You will learn and become familiar with the product offerings and configurations. As new clients are onboarded on our platform(s), you will assist in training and help document and solve issues that could occur to ensure a positive experience for each customer. You will collaborate closely with a quickly adapting development and sales team to ensure the product’s robustness and client satisfaction.

What you will be doing:
