• Participate in projects to enhance workflow efficiency.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Production to join our client’s team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an onsite, contract position.

SALARY: $25-$32hr (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience
• At least 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred
• Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely and efficient execution
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• Keen attention to detail; understanding of loan process/system and lending requirements
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure complete and accurate client data entry in loan applications, internal systems, and documentation
• Support client requests in collaboration with Private Bank Fulfillment and Production team members
• Partner with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, and other stakeholders involved in transactions
• Deliver a premier client experience through thoroughness and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other teams to improve operational processes
• Participate in assigned projects to enhance workflow efficiency
