DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a professional image of the company through respectful and effective communication with clients, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Greet clients, check them in, and notify appropriate staff of arrivals.
- Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments following established procedures.
- Accurately verify and enter insurance and client information, perform administrative tasks, and audit incoming paperwork and own work for errors to ensure accuracy and proper organization.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company privacy policies.
- Accurately handle cash drawer and financial transactions.
- Conduct client urinary drug screenings and assist with vital signs as needed.
- Support clinic operations, including providing front desk coverage and traveling to other locations when needed.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall clinic operations.
Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate office equipment, including printers and copiers.
- Typing skills sufficient for accurate and efficient work.
