Animalife Pine Ridge is looking for a receptionist to join our close-knit team. We are a 3 doctor small animal hospital that practices progressive, compassionate medicine and surgery.

Great communication skills and a great work ethic are a must. You will get to enjoy our clients on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone who can multitask yet remain professional and courteous. The ideal candidate will create a wonderful first and last impression. We are busy, but expect all of our team to live out our mission statement and treat our clients as we would treat our families and treat our clients’ pets as though they were our own.

Some job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Client Relations
2. Answering phones
3. Scheduling appointments
4. Greeting clients in a warm manner
5. Taking payment after services
6. Daily reports
7. Light cleaning duties
8. Filing and organizing
9. Hands-on care with patients
10. Avimark computer experience is a plus
11. Being the primary link in communication between the clients and the rest of the staff

We are a paperless (no written charts) so good computer skills are a must.

We are ideally looking for someone with veterinary experience but will consider others with relevant experience.
