Job Title- Client Services Representative

Department- Elevate Jet

Reports to- Director of Client Services

Location- Remote

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Elevate Jet maintains a diverse fleet of private jet aircraft for charter to fit any trip or budget and provides tailored travel needs 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year to any destination.

Summary Of Position-

The Client Services Representative is a member of the Elevate Jet Client Services Department and is tasked with revenue generation through the sale of charter flights as well as being the primary liaison between our managed aircraft owners and/or their representatives and the company. A successful Client Services Representative will develop strong internal and external working relationships while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality when interacting with our UHNWI clientele.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

  • Proactively solicit operators and aggressively publicize open leg opportunities.
  • Promptly respond to quote requests for Part 135 flights operated on executive/business aircraft.
  • Schedule and coordinate Part 91 flights when requested/required by managed aircraft owners and/or their representative(s)
  • Sourcing and negotiation of brokered/supplemental aircraft for both Part 91/135 trips.
  • Issue charter contracts and coordinate payments/financial reconciliation
  • Thoroughly document service requirements and coordinate with the Operations Control Center (OCC) for charter and owner trips.
  • Perform coordination of services for charter and owner trips, including communication of flight operations, brokered operators, and vendors.
  • Analyze schedules for fleet optimization/utilization.
  • Develop strong understanding of factors influencing charter pricing, including seasonality, competition, demand, aircraft capabilities, operating costs and sales channel.
  • Specialize in relationship building to provide a level of unparalleled customer service to include exceptional communications with client and owners, including times outside of normal business hours.
  • Record and report all complete/incomplete work in company management applications such as Avianis, Tripgrade, and MySky.

Education & Experience-

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience of 2+ years with executive/business jets strongly preferred.
  • Experience of 2+ years in sales and/or owner services and/or customer services
  • Solid ability to use stand office productivity software, experience with Avianis is preferred.

Schedule & Travel-

  • This is a remote position assigned to one of the established work shifts within the Client Services Department which may/will include weekend and evening hours as required/needed, and frequent work hours beyond forty (40) hours per week.
  • Ability to travel as required up to 10%

  • FLSA Status- Full Time Exempt
  • Lifting requirements- Up to 20lbs
