Customer Service Representative (English) – Remote, Long-Term Role full time

We are a U.S.-based company in the pet care industry seeking highly qualified Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional phone support to our American customers. This is a remote, direct hire, long-term position where you will assist pet owners by scheduling appointments, providing updates, and ensuring a high standard of service.

This position requires fluent, clear, and professional spoken English, with excellent pronunciation and the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers by phone. Only candidates with strong, proven customer service experience will be considered.

  • Manage inbound calls: assist customers, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
  • Conduct outbound calls: follow up with customers, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships
  • Communicate consistently with clarity, professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM
  • Meet and maintain performance standards for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum; C2 or near-native strongly preferred)
  • Clear, confident, and professional spoken English that U.S.-based customers can easily understand
  • Minimum of 3 years of phone-based customer service experience (preferably supporting U.S. clients or working in an international call center)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, VOIP dialer software, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
  • Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset
  • Availability for shifts between 10 AM and 10 PM EST, including some weekends

Qualified candidates can expect $4.00 to $7.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, communication skills, and overall profile.

Due to the high volume of applicants, we require a 60-second video introduction in English as part of the application process.
