Responsibilities

• Become a key resource for customer support across shipping, purchasing, production, and accounting.
• Act as the customer’s voice within our site by advocating for their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead internal conversations to remove issues and improve service delivery.
• Own customer relationship, reviewing expectations, resolving issues, and escalating when needed.
• Balance customer needs with production realities by finding smart, efficient solutions.
• Manage and reconcile aged inventory, including billing for slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Handle miscellaneous billing with accuracy and timely documentation.
• Support internal teams with customer insights and updates.
• Partner with Quality and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and product data.
• Be flexible, support off-shifts and step in when needed.
