Client Services Representative – Wealth Management (Credit Services)

Location: 2565 W Chandler Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85224

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Department: Wealth Management Client Services (Card Division)

Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9:30am -6pm EST– Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

Shift: 1. Tuesday – Saturday 11:30am – 8:00pm EST

MUST be able to work in a virtual setting on site during training.

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking experienced Client Services Representatives to support their High Net Worth Clients in the Wealth Management division, specifically focusing on credit products and online banking navigation. This role involves handling client requests related to:

  • Credit card payments
  • Rewards redemption
  • Detailed documentation of client concerns

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient multitasking: navigating multiple systems while actively engaging clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills with excellent grammar
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation with a client-first attitude
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and open to coaching and development
  • Responsible handling of confidential and sensitive client information
  • Professional demeanor and ambition to grow within the organization
