This full-time role reports to the Client Services Manager and requires clear communication, multitasking, and a professional, calm demeanor; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to talk and type simultaneously; typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Previous experience handling high call volumes in a dynamic environment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our team and ensure every customer interaction is positive and professional. This is an in office role in Anthem, AZ

Position Overview

The Client Services Representative plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with scheduling, inquiries, and support. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Client Services Manager and requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
