Job summary

Ameriprise Financial in San Jose, CA is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our operations team. The CSA will assist advisors by preparing financial plans, processing transactions, and coordinating client meetings; providing branch support and maintaining client data.

Candidates should have an associate degree and 3–5 years of client service experience, strong analytical and math skills, and solid computer skills.

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients and preparing financial plans.
• Process trades and client transactions as directed by the advisor.
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries and schedule meetings.
• Coordinate new business paperwork and insurance applications.
• Support marketing events and manage basic administrative duties.
