Job summary

Endowment Partners, LLC is seeking a Client Services & Operations Associate to support a nonprofit and foundation client base with meticulous service and organization. You will coordinate client meetings, manage CRM records, assist with account openings, and help drive operational efficiency while growing in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to investment management processes and a clear path to additional responsibilities as you develop.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience (financial services experience helpful but not required).
  • Exceptional organizational skills; outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion; commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client meetings from scheduling through follow-up.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and client review packets.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM.
  • Track client requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with new account openings, transfers, and custodial paperwork.
  • Coordinate signatures and required documentation.
  • Help deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.
  • Support portfolio administration and operational workflows.
  • Assist with quarterly reporting and performance presentation preparation.
  • Coordinate investment committee materials and board meeting packets.
  • Maintain client files and operational checklists.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and project timelines.
  • Track deliverables and follow through on outstanding items.
  • Help improve systems and workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a central communication point between team members.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Client Experience
