Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead recruiting operations and deliver outstanding client partnership. The role reports to the Client Services Director and focuses on building trust, driving performance, and fostering collaboration across virtual and on-site teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition leadership, experience with ATS and social media recruiting, and a track record of strategic hiring programs and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five or more years’ results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment.
• Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions.
• Meet performance goals and maximize the use of resources.
• Oversee hiring, performance management and career development for recruiters.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive decisions.
• Provide leadership, coaching and regular communications with the recruitment team.
• Drive strategic hiring strategies including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing.
• Manage programs and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring goals.
