Copper Country Community Mental Health is seeking a Client Services Manager/Co-Occurring Specialist to join our team in Houghton, Michigan. This full-time role supports community-based services, treatment planning, and coordination of care for adults with complex needs.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000, competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, and standard business hours Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a directly related field is required.
• Current Michigan licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Michigan.
• Certification as an Addictions Counselor, or ability to obtain certification within 3 years if hired.
• Experience working in the mental health services field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide Supportive Services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Coordinate ACT/IDDT Services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and update treatment plans reflecting goals, needs, and progress.
• Manage referrals and connect individuals with services, supports, and resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust services to support stability and growth.
• Coordinate benefits and services to ensure access to needed supports.
• Maintain confidential records in accordance with standards.

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
