Client Services Manager – Service Delivery – Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Services Manager for our Service Delivery Team to lead in ensuring successful client outcomes across multiple industries. The team functions as a hybrid of customer success and project execution. As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for driving project execution, client success, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure SOW compliance, all deliverables, milestones, and timelines are met.
  2. Train Service Delivery team members in best practices around SOW execution and customer satisfaction, following TSG processes.
  3. Manage team utilization and capacity, optimizing performance across multiple SOWs.
  4. Facilitate handoffs from Solutions Development to Service Delivery and develop project frameworks for success.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery processes.
Client Success & Relationship Management
  1. Serve as the senior contact for escalations and key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
  2. Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities through expansion and upselling.
  3. Collaborate on pipeline opportunities to ensure alignment with team capacity.
  4. Support development of tools for success metrics and client reporting.
Team Development & Continuous Improvement
  1. Provide strategic leadership and support to the Service Delivery team.
  2. Mentor team members to manage projects and client relationships effectively.
  3. Monitor team performance and adapt to project variables.
  4. Optimize team utilization with leadership support.
  5. Refine project execution plans for efficiency and client satisfaction.
  6. Advocate for customer feedback to drive improvements.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Project Management, or similar roles in tech consulting or professional services.
  • 2-4 years in a leadership role, preferably with direct reports.
  • Deep understanding of SOW-based service delivery and contractual execution.
Core Competencies
  • Knowledge of contractual frameworks, scope, change orders, SLAs, KPIs.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
  • Strong analytical, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client relationship skills with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to identify challenges early and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, technical and non-technical.
  • Experience with Project Management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
