Job summary

AQR Capital Management in Greenwich, CT, is hiring for a Client Services role within Operations. The successful candidate will support the Business Development team, coordinate bespoke documentation, and work with custodians and prime brokers to facilitate fund transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Autonomous and collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development education for clients on the Fund structure.
• Coordinate documentation with RIAs, Wirehouses, and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Collaborate with custodians, administrator, and Prime Brokers for in‑kind transactions.
• Work with Engineering to automate Fund workflows and reduce risk.
• Assist Onboarding to launch new series accounts and provide post‑launch support.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Implementation to manage strategy changes and Flex events.
• Oversee a dedicated Client Services team in Manila.
• Provide support to Investor Services, Client Administration, and Mutual Fund Services.
