Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking a Client Service Manager for the Captives team. This role can be based in any US office location and focuses on managing client financials and relationships while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS or statutory standards.

You will lead discussions on regulatory updates with clients, oversee audit processes, and maintain strong working relationships with clients, teams, and regulators. Hybrid work and competitive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client services.
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS with insurance regulatory environment.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA/ACCA/ACA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare or perform technical review of financial statements under US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS.
• Ensure all financial aspects of the client are efficiently managed.
• Discuss regulatory updates with clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, other service providers, regulators and colleagues.
• Manage financial audit process with auditors and meet deadlines and regulatory reporting.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
