Job summary

Speedway Motorsports, LLC is seeking a Client Services Manager in Rosamond, CA to manage client relationships and coordinate event planning and fulfillment for Willow Springs Raceway. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to align sold and planned elements with event delivery.

You will liaise with Sales, Events, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience from contract execution through event completion and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in account management, client services, hospitality, sports, entertainment, event coordination, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, events, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, objectives, expectations, and history with Willow Springs Raceway.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients while supporting the Sales team's commercial relationship.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients throughout planning and event process.
• Coordinate planning with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver events on schedule.
• Track event milestones and client deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items.
