Job summary

Wade Trim is seeking a Client Services Director to drive business growth in the Industrial Commercial Energy group. You will expand the firm’s presence in the Community Infrastructure market, cultivate executive relationships, and guide project delivery with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of industry experience, a strong network, and a track record in identifying opportunities and forming strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth.

  • Build trust and credibility with current and prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies that support revenue objectives.
  • Leverage professional networks to create new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to diversify service offerings.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and professional organizations.
  • Support recruitment efforts through industry relationships and professional connections.
  • Provide client oversight and guidance as new accounts transition into active projects.
  • Partner with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.

Position Overview
