Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ®️ in Edina, MN seeks a Client Services Coordinator to create a welcoming guest experience, promote FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and support store operations.

You will meet sales goals, maintain high service standards, stock and tidy the store, and participate in trainings, with availability Mon–Fri, some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Salon Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.
As a Client Services Coordinator you will perform the following critical functions.
