Responsibilities

• Answering, directing and initiating telephone calls including notifying clients/physicians of alert values and documenting notification.
• Assist clients in utilizing ACL's services, assist all laboratory functions in adding and deleting tests at clients' requests, maintain appropriate records of these actions and assist in handling all client issues as directed and as needed.
• Maintain a highly professional attitude and appropriate behaviors as frequent and sensitive client interactions occur and foster a healing environment.
