• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of client-facing work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest and knowledge of art history and art market are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and lobby; ensure it is clean and welcoming.
• Assist with pre- and post-sale administration; process registrations and bids.
• Handle client inquiries by phone, email, and in person; connect clients to the right department.
